Our registered users (“Members/Users”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, and find business opportunities. Content on some of our services is also visible to unregistered viewers (“Visitors”). We believe that our services allow our Members to effectively compete and achieve their full career potential. I. Your Privacy at HRDGuru Network

To create an account on HRDGuru site you need not to provide any information except the bare minimum that we need for your account, Your privacy is of utmost importance to us hence we need bare information to generate your account: username, email & password unless warranted by law. You understand that, by creating an account, HRDGuru will be able to identify you by your HRDGuru profile, and you allow HRDGuru to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement. You can choose to provide further information about yourself during the registration process (for example, your gender location, educational, and work profile). We use this information to provide you with more customized services like language-specific profile pages, updates, and content, more relevant ads, and more valuable career opportunities, and it may appear on your HRDGuru profile that is viewable by others. In fact, we won't sell information /emails or give them to anyone regardless of their scruples unless we are ordered to by law (in the extreme case that law enforcement formally requests this information we will comply with the law). We collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide this information to us. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our commitment to your privacy please don't hesitate to contact us, there is nothing we know of that we can do to show more respect for your privacy but if you think there is let us know.

II. HRDGuru Collect and Store Automatically

If you do nothing during your visit at HRDGuru Network but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. Information / data on your visits to the website are stored in aggregate automatically for optimization of bandwidth requirement. This information does not identify you personally. Rather, information is kept in the aggregate. We use the information we collect to understand the traffic to our site, it's important to know how much bandwidth the site uses so that we can purchase more if needed time to time, if the "hits" to our site increase we need to expand hosting for our site.

With your approval, your connections may provide recommendations and endorsements of you. Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from HRDGuru by helping you express your professional identity; find other professionals, opportunities, and information; and help recruiters and business opportunities find you.

Most of your HRDGuru profile, as well as all content/ discussions that you post on HRDGuru, is publicly displayed, so please do not provide personal information you would not want to be public. We may use and share information you provide in a HRDGuru profile and account in the same manner as the information provided in HRDGuru profile, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.

IV. If You Send Us E-mail

You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in e-mail with a comment or question. Your inputs are valuable and welcome. We use the information to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, we do not share our e-mail with any other outside organizations.

V. Search

You can search for topics/discussions/contents from HRDGuru search option which is only existed in the HRDGuru network.

VI. Cookies

A) Visiting the site : If all you do is visit and surf the site no cookies are used.

B) Logging in : If you decide to use a cookie (this is done by checking the box that logs you in automatically) to save you logging in every time you visit HRDGuru Network, we place a little text file called a "cookie" on your hard drive. If you do not use this feature the Spell Checker does not use any cookies.
If at any time we aabldd anything else that uses a cookie the privacy policy will be updated. New words are automatically added to the dictionary with the usage of cookies. If you find a cookie from our site that you think does not fall under one of those categories please contact us.

D) * Google, If all you do is visit and surf the site no cookies are used. as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.

Advertisements are subject to the Privacy Policy of the advertising site. HRDGuru Network has no use for demographic information but if you want to provide information to third party advertisers you can. HRDGuru is a forum for discussion open to HR professionals who are open to post their opinions/experiences/messages at their free will as such the site does not own any liability under the copyrights Act. People often post messages on the Message Board in which they share material they have copied electronically from other sources. Since there are many thousands of possible sources spread out across the Internet, e.g., newspapers, blogs, scientific journals and bulletin boards, it is impossible for our moderators to determine if any given message on the Message Board infringes the copyright of another party. Although our moderators try to remove any material which they think might be an infringement upon copyright regulations, there is no guarantee that the moderators will be able to locate such posts. On account that a writer find his/her article posted on HRDGuru Network message boards.
